Melodious Mongolia Week 2

Word on the street is that Baba Stafford has finished all of his choreography with all three performing arts groups!  We are rocking and rolling and in a great place starting off week 2 of Melodious Mongolia.

Creative Kids are working on their special part for the beginning of the performance, and continue to make beautiful projects in the meantime.  Today they each made a traditional Mongolian ovoo, or sacred cairn/shrine made of stones and wood.  Ms. Allison told us all about the custom that when travelling, you must circle the ovoo three times clockwise and tie on a blue ribbon or add to the pile.
